Bob Bailey, East Dorset District Council’s Anti-Social Behaviour Officer is offering training on to help people to build there confidence in dealing with conflict and difficult situations.

Bob say, “The sessions will include identifying situations of potential conflict, developing skills to deal with such situations, and an introduction to understanding aggression and its’ triggers.”

The training session is to take place on Wednesday 11th February 9:30am – 1:00pm at The Hub, Verwood, and is being offered to volunteers and community groups for free.
