Planet Youth Centre - Extended Opening Hours

Dorset County Council currently closes their youth centres during the school holidays.
This pilot project sought to establish the need for youth centres to open during the school holidays. Funding was provided to open ‘The Planet’ youth centre in Wimborne during the summer holidays of 2008.
The project was so successful that further funding is currently being sought to extend the opening of youth centres in other areas.
