Wimborne Minster

Established in 2003, the Wimborne & District LAG covers the areas of Wimborne Minster, Colehill, Holt and Witchampton.

The aim of the group is to encourage constructive debate over the issues that may affect the area, and is not a single issue pressure group. The LAG has already been consulted on a number of policies and plans, including the Local Transport Plan and Local Development Framework (an overarching planning policy document for East Dorset). The group have also received presentations and had discussions around topics of local interest such as traffic and anti-social behaviour.

The meetings are open to any local residents to attend, and encourages individuals to highlight any issues of concern and contribute to any discussions during the meetings.

Meeting dates are regularly advertised in the Community Magazine and on this website. Alternatively, you can be added to the mailing list which will ensure that you recvieve copies of any meeting notes and agendas.
